DELIVERY TIME:

1. After the order has been placed, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call for confirmation and then the order shall be processed.
   
2.  Delivery is done within 48-72 hours nationwide and within 24-48 hours in Lahore from the confirmation time. 
3.  The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 1-2 working day for Lahore and 2 to 3 working days for other the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For cancellation of Prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours after order placement.
2. For cancellation of Cash on delivery orders, please notify our team during call confirmation or automated confirmation system via sms or web.
